1. PARTIES

This Agreement is concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below:

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

  • MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade
  • MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade
  • LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
  • REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188)
  • SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or promised for a fee or benefit
  • SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers within its commercial/professional activities
  • BUYER: A natural or legal person acquiring goods/services for non-commercial purposes
  • SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER
  • ORDERING PARTY: The person requesting goods/services via the website
  • PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER
  • AGREEMENT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and BUYER
  • GOODS: Movable goods subject to shopping and digital products such as software, audio, video

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Listed prices on the website are sales prices. These remain valid until updated. Time-limited prices are valid until the specified period ends.

8. SECURITY, PRIVACY, PERSONAL DATA & COMMUNICATION

8.1. Necessary security measures are taken by the SELLER; however, the BUYER is responsible for protecting their own device.

8.2. The BUYER consents to the processing, storage, and use of personal data for communication, marketing, and service purposes in compliance with applicable laws.

8.3. The BUYER may request to stop communications or data processing at any time.

8.4. All intellectual property rights of the website belong to the SELLER.

8.5. The SELLER reserves the right to make changes.

8.6. The SELLER is not responsible for third-party websites linked through the SITE.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The BUYER confirms they have read and accepted all pre-information.
  • Products are delivered within 30 days.
  • The SELLER guarantees proper and complete delivery.
  • Equivalent products may be supplied with buyer approval.
  • If delivery becomes impossible, refund is made within 14 days.
  • Non-payment cancels delivery obligation.
  • Fraudulent card use requires product return.
  • Force majeure allows cancellation or delay.
  • SELLER may contact BUYER for communication/marketing.
  • BUYER must inspect goods upon delivery.
  • SELLER may request identity verification for security.
  • BUYER guarantees accuracy of provided information.
  • BUYER must comply with laws while using the site.
  • Misuse (spam, virus, etc.) is prohibited.
  • External links are not SELLER’s responsibility.
  • Violations make BUYER legally responsible.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any justification.

  • Written notice must be sent via email, fax, or registered mail.
  • The product must be unused.
  • Required documents: invoice, return form, original packaging.
  • Refund is processed within 10 days; product must be returned within 20 days.
  • Value loss due to misuse must be compensated.
  • Discounts may be canceled if conditions are no longer met.

11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

  • Personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Mixed goods
  • Opened digital/printed content

Cosmetic and personal care products must be unopened and unused to be returned.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, they are responsible for interest and legal consequences per their bank agreement.

13. COMPETENT COURT

Disputes shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within legal limits.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

Once the BUYER completes payment, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
